We are affordable able to host this on our own servers at a Co-Location as part of this Software as Service Solution. We take data security and cyber security seriously we have Cisco Firewall VPN/UTM Appliance and have threat protection and monitoring in-place. We monitor all API’s of the application and do our best to build scalable fault tolerant solutions. There is separation of the data. Each Customers data is stored separately in a separate database and separate folders for files.

Details about the components of the system.
- Backend – Nest.js
- Backend system is developed using Nest.js (A node.js framework).
- It contains all the web APIs which are used in web and mobile frontend.
- Location Mapper – Flask Python
- Location Mapper is a set of APIs developed in Flask Python which work as middleware between front apps and Tile38 server and have apis for tracking location movements of different entities like users, assets, vehicles, etc.
- Location Mapper APIs are used to store entity location movements, monitor entity movements, create geofence, create alerts based entity location updates, etc.
- Front apps can request entity location history and can get live location.
- The alert module allows the system to set alerts based on specific values of entity movements. Eg. speed alert. When the alerts occur the app will send HTTP calls to the webhook specified for that alert.
- Tile38 Geofence Server
- Til38 Geofence server is an open-source server for achieving the geofence and user live location features.
- It’s developed in Go Lang.

- AI Services – Flask Python
- We developed Python Flask REST apis for AI related services like query the details about the incident, submit the incident updates, summarize the details of the incident, etc.
- Ollama AI Server
- Ollama is an open-source framework that allows developers to run large language models (LLMs) on their local machines.
- To install Ollama on Windows, you can use WSL2, or you can find the official Ollama Docker image on Docker Hub. Ollama requires 12 GB of disk space for installation and the base models, plus additional space for storing model data. It’s also recommended to use a modern CPU with at least 4 cores, or 8 cores for running 13B models.
